Bus Tickets from East London to Bloemfontein

The bus was timely and comfortable. It was clean and they provided a stop where passengers could get the opportunity to buy and stretch their legs. I didn't like how there wasnt a charging port or place provided for people with type c chargers.

It wasn't too crowded, allowed Me and the other passengers to move freely. I have no complaints.

Everything was fine it's just that the heat was too much making the ride uncomfortable other than that I enjoyed my ride with intercape great service

The bus was in time, clean inside, but the space between the seats were very small that we could stretch. Perfect for short trips

It came in a right time but I was very disappointed the aircons was not working and it was a freezing night 😕

The bus had an engine problem then the drivers didn’t even bother to make as safe by telling us about the situation

The bus left me due to the none specification of the exact stop and I became confused as a 1st time bus user and also failure on being assisted by your tellers to contact the bus driver as I tried linking up with my bus on the next stop. This is poor service as that was my last money and as a feminine at night in the streets a. Not even familiar with🥺

The chairs of the bus were old and uncomfortable, The price was way too high for my destination. Staff never bothers to update passengers about the trip, stops where passengers need to relieve themselves or any destination(intercom is needed please)

We left on time we arrived an hour late

Bad I lost my package because we were transferred from one bus to another before we reached our destination

It was very bad the bus broke down in stutterheim and when we called delta coaches for answers the didn't even know about the bus being broken and they even ended the call in my ear without any help

They were abit too late , and they should try and be more honest with the people. There was no toilet on the bus , but it said they would have one before I purchased the ticket. Overall the trip to Bloem was not half bad .

It was on time and the driver and assistant were super friendly. What I didn’t enjoy was the cramped space, but hey, I get it.

2 hours late after spent an hour at a garage pouring petrol after waiting for 2 hours.

The driver was very rude and used his cellphone whilst driving, the bus was very cold aircon was always on and no TVor radio was played🙏

My trip was from East London to Bloemfontein from 16:35pm on Sunday afternoon to arrive in Bloemfontein at 00:30am Monday morning, the bus ended up arriving in Bloemfontein at 03:45am on Monday morning. They brought an old SMT bus instead of APM bus, with one driver and he was slumbering on the road because he was from Petermarisburg going to johannesburg driving alone,he was tired, the passengers were to stop him on the road and ask another passenger that was wearing Rea Vaya buses uniform and assist him with driving, I won't use APM buses anymore in my life,I had a very bad trip, How can the send one driver from PMB to Johannesburg via East London? Nobody can drive such long distance alone.

I enjoyed nothi as the drivers were so rude to the passengers. Secondly I hate the fact that it’s no 6:07 am waiting for the for the bus that was supposed to be at00:45 am. So am very disappointed
