I actually need to speak to one of the seniors 😩. I had a very unpleasant experience with tour service. The first bus broke in Pretoria and the second one broke in Welkom. I arrived @ 11H00am instead of 06H30am. Un happy Customer 😊

Very bad experience, it was 6 hours late and it broke down in the middle of nowhere and we delayed again and slept in the bus till morning when the maintenance people came to fix it.
Bad the bus was late how can a bus company forget to pickup people that have book tickets it's very bad bad. There are no helpful contact number where we can get hold of someone to helping us.
They refused to drop us at a safe destination (bus station) as agreed before departing. Several change of bus (3 buses) before arriving at final destination.
