Well first of all, I didn't even board the Bus, therefore my ticket was forfeited. I was at the station an hour before, one coach liner arrived and I queried about destination from the driver, he Cleary indicated that he was not going to King Williams Town. After that no other coach arrived and I reached out to the call centre and they were very rude and arrogant the lady who was attending to me. Even on their WhatsApp line they were only giving me one answer as if it was automated.

I had a horrible experience with APMWC. First it came an hour late and no communication was done and no apology made. The next thing when I got on a bus I had no seat, the bus wS overloaded as a result another passenger had to give up his seat for me. When the bus arrived in Queenstown we were moved to another bus at sat there for hours and then we were moved to another one. The bus I booked was suppose to arrive at my destination at 8:20am, but it arrived at 12:10 pm. No explanation nocommunication and no apologies made. I would never recommend APMWC to anyone and I will never use it again.
