Additionally, there were suggestions to improve announcements regarding stops for better clarity during travel.
did not enjoy the trip at all. No space for my legs. Seat cushion was worn out, sat for 12hrs on the metal seat bar.

The bus was 3 hours late and when the drivers arrived they gave us attitude. I was supposed to arrive in Midrand around 7 o’clock. It’s 11:46 right now and I’m still in the bus going to Midrand. Horrible service and I highly doubt I’ll be using Intercape anymore.

I had the best experience with Intercape mainliner it is extremely comfortable and offer the best services. The only thing they can improve are those people telling people about the stops they need an intercom or atleast raise their voices since it's hard to hear them when they announce the Arrival place otherwise I recommend Intercape❤️
Passengers have shared positive experiences, highlighting the friendly and skilled drivers who ensure a timely arrival. The journey is described as comfortable by some users. However, there are concerns about luggage security and dissatisfaction with having to switch buses during trips.
I didn’t enjoy my bag being stolen (twice) and none of the drivers card to assist.

Eagle liner didnt pitch up. We ended up leaving with national express at 10pm. The bus was overheating. We made too many stops for too long. Ended up arriving at midrand at 12pm instead of 7am

My family and I just experienced the worst service from one of the bus drivers who did not want us to go to the toilet. We had stopped at an Engen garage outside Bloemfontein. He told us we had 10 minutes to use the bathroom. I waited for people to go out because I was on the far sit of the bus and I had to give my mother my child to look after him while I went to the bathroom. As the last person went to the bathroom, I also quickly gave my mom my child and walked to the door. As I walked out, this very rude bus driver with absolutely zero manners starts shouting at me saying why am I only going out now. He then proceeds to say the bus will not wait for me because I was taking my time. I then tell him that I was just quickly leaving my son with my mother as I couldn’t leave him alone. He then says he doesn’t care and he was going to leave me. I am a diabetic so I cannot hold my pee for long. This bus driver has no regard when it comes to customers. I told him that I paid and I’m a customer. His response was that he didn’t care whether I paid or not, he will leave me. I ended up rushing to the toilet because I was too scared that the bus would leave me. He did not just do this to me but to other paying customers as well. I truly wonder if Eagle liner trains their bus drivers on customer etiquette because what I went through today clearly tells me the opposite. If this is how this bus service treats its customers, then it shouldn’t be allowed to operate. *I will never use Eagle liner again* and I do not recommend it to anyone. I hope I receive a formal apology from eagle liner and actions be taken on this bus driver. I don’t know his name but the bus was travelling from Queenstown to Pretoria.

Our bus delayed leaving Queenstown last night by 2 hours. I had work on the morning and arrived to late. We were supposed to arrive at 6:15 am but we arrived at 8am. There were cockroaches as well on the bus. They put a heater on while it was already stuffy and hot on the bus. I could go on hey. The standard for greyhound has reduced significantly. It is no longer a premium bus service. ( 4 August 2025)

Worst experience ever the bus was 5 hours late there was no communication whatsoever. When it arrived at the departure point the bus already full meaning there was an over booking of some sort. We had no space on the bus. The bus left and we had to forfeit our trip with no reimbursement whatsoever.
