It was clean and comfortable, and a lot less stressful than flying! The bus driver was amazing. She announced our stops very clearly. A lot of riders were confused about where to sit, because the seats weren't numbered.

The first bus from austin to houston was cancelled and i was rescheduled for 12 hours later. Then that bus was about 3 hours late and when i got to houston i had to wait another 4 hours for a different bus that went to lafayette and then new orleans instead of being a straight shot. My bus arrived in new orleans nearly one day late, causing miss work one day and be late the next. The employees were helpful for the most part, but one specific loud worker with a terrible attitude snapped at me and told me i was in the wrong line and i had to wait. Luckily i went and asked the woman at the desk because i then found out that the bus i had been told wasnt mine was in fact the bus i needed to get on. Fortunately the bus hadnt left because they had been done boarding for at least 5 minutes.
Most power outlets I tried, did not work. Some seats and windows dirty like gum by the side bar. I had a broken chair that wouldn’t stop leaning all the way back when I’m not trying to do that. Our tickets have numbers on it and there were a lot of confusion with others if that’s a seat number so I ended up moving my bus seat 3 times in my first bus because people be like that’s my seat number but there’s no seat arrangement and staff doesn’t enforce the “by number ticket” rule.
