My safety was never considered when the dropped me off at a stop 200 km from where I should have been at 2am in the morning. Driver just said I must take Antoher bus back to Bloemfontein - 300km back and sort it out, when I went to the the other bus to find out that driver left. The other bus driver said just said he doesn't know about me, and ignored me when I tried to find out exactly where I am, he also left, leaving me there. As a woman at 2am in the morning stranded not knowing where I am. This was the most traumatic experience ever. I would like to lay this complaint formally. Until I'm not satisfied with the feedback why this happened to m, I would go to the next source and also to court.
