The bathroom in the first bus (Toronto to Buffalo) was very untidy and could not use it at all. And I was supposed to have one bus transfer as per the booking but during the travel there was two transfers.

The buses were good but the toilet was smelly in one case making it difficult for the last seat occupants.
No WiFi was available in any of the buses.
My bus to toronto was late and caused me to miss my second bus home. The staff was pretty friendly about it but I had to pay more for my second ticket even though it wasn't my fault for missing my second bus
Due to a mistake from greyhound I was unable to board my final connecting bus from new York to boston on July 27th at 9 am. The ticket issued to me from the greyhound center at the pearson airport was mistakenly only printed but not booked. I don't know what this memeanbut after travelling for over 13 hours from Toronto airport to new York successfully on the same issued tickets I was barred from boarding the bus to Boston at the new York departure gate 84 at 9 am. I was later issued a separate ticket on the 12 noon bus after going through a lot more hassles. Certainly an experience to remember and will never take the greyhound again.
I would never travel again on Greyhound. Firstly I was never picked up at 9.15pm at the Royal York Hotel on July 10. So I had to get an uber to the bus station where the bus left on time .No one told me the bus did not go to Boston. It was the NY bus. I asked in Buffalo at 2.30am if I should change & the driver said yes and to get my bag and go to gate 6. While there a greyhound employee looked at my ticket and said no I should be going out of gate 7. When everyone had boarded the Boston bus she came to collect me for gate 7 bus ( my original bus) and this other guy says after her showing him my ticket that that bus didn't go via Syracuse! I should be on the Boston bus! By then it had left. I had to get issued a new ticket ( no charge because of their stuff-up) on the next bus to Boston which was 6.15am. By this time I was exhausted & over Greyhound. I didnt know there were so many extra stops along the way. The bus was filthy. I got to Boston 4 hours late and so I missed meeting up with friends there. As I said, I'll never book Greyhound again.
I am very sad about youd services i was new traveller i dont know where and and how i can get the bus at the toronto terminal greyhound checking point there was no officers were there to help with customers i call greyhound but it was only avaikable on 8 am to 5pm something at sodden point i was about to miss my bus

Horrible experience on my first stop on US. I was on Canada, and everything was perfect. This company doesn’t has respect with customers.

The Greyhound vehicles and on road support is very very poor. Breakdowns and unplanned transfers are very common. Luggage handling and security of luggage is very very poor and result in damage and lose to luggage.

Absolutely horrible, would never use this service again
the bus caught on fire and we lost our luggage and it ruined our trip
The drivers seemed almost rude--but then, I probably don't have to put up with what they put up with on a daily basis.
Kind of disconcerting that we kept driving after stopping three times because the front door wouldn't stay closed.
Buses were at times late. Poor communication between staff and passengers on meeting timings after a rest stop.

Got delayed because the bus broke down. Even the second bus that we got into had issues.
I was totally ripped off by your staff.they quoted me a ticket of $ 211.00 Canadian dollars at 7.35 pm.i got hung up on after the staff had made an error.when I called back I was charged 282.50 Canadian dollars.i will write my dissatisfaction and post it on YouTube to warn other travellers.i am very upset and disappointed in your service.

No breaks between stops because they were running behind. I asked to stop for water and was not allowed. Also, the bus promotes free wifi but its so bad that they shouldn't be allowed to advertise that. It could not be used most of the time
I am beyond disappointed in the fact that I did not have wifi. The whole reason why I booked greyhound was because there was wifi. I was not able to work on the road and it was just terrible and at an additional expense. It's faulty advertising and I am putting in a formal complaint

Staff in Buffalo spotted an inefficiency and reworked my ticket so that I could just wait another hour in Buffalo and go straight on the Boston bus that was going from Buffalo already, rather than go earlier on an extra bus to Syracuse and wait for the Buffalo-Boston bus to catch up after. They say this happens a lot and they don't know why.
