Everything was nice. I especially liked that the driver took the precaution of stopping before each train track.
The bus left Ottawa on time (1:25 pm) and arrived in Montreal about 15 minutes early. I found the seats comfortable and the bus clean inside and out. The driver was very steady at the wheel and also very respectful and efficient in stowing and removing luggage from the storage compartments. I enjoyed the experience.
I waited on the location for 13 minutes and the bus didn't come and when I try calling support they are always unavailable.
