Bus Tickets from Idutywa to Mossel Bay

The trip itself was not bad… bus was clean and driver was friendly and drove safely, although the bus was delayed for about 3,5 hours… which I know is hard to control but was still quite frustrating.

Am satisfied

Firstly the bus was late and the was no communication about that. Operators were not friendly at all. Language barrier for Non Xhosa speakers ,the drivers were only speaking Xhosa. Poor communication. Bus had a breakdown we had to be taken to another bus which was full ,we had to stand on the passage . Windows of the bus were not closing properly. Bathroom not hygiene at all.

Very bad coackroaches were all over the bus, charging pods not working, no airconditioners in a very sunny day with high temperatures, a very silly fat male driver who let passengers pay for their luggages, some passengers were paying cash to the driver and when we stop at the bus offices they have to get down before we reach the offices and cause a delay because they dont have tickets and the other male driver wearing a red t-shirt with the face of pastor mohlala's printed on the red t-shirt who dont want to stop for passengers to use toilets, they are very silly shame I will never ever again book eagle liner they just gave me a bad experience and I will never recommend it to my friends and family Lastly the bus was so old with water leaking at the back I dont to even mention about the time my time was half one but the bus arrived at half 3 And thanks for the survey
