Bus Tickets from Aliwal North to Johannesburg

The bus was delayed for more than 4 hours, with no communications from your side

I had a foodpoisoning... not nice when travelling by bus and have 2 jumo out for a loo at every stop where people r picked up or dropped🤭

I didn't really enjoy it because the bus seats were loose so the seat kept on falling off

I did not find any joy with your service, it is so poor that I can't even explain it. No time keeping, changing of time schedules unexpectedly, rude drivers, uncomfortability, no wifi, no entertainment.

The bus was supposed to depart at 19:06 ,whereas it arrived at 11:00pm …Nakhon a telling us that it was full and couldn’t take any passengers. I had to organise and pay transport from the garage back to my place in the middle of the Night ,i’m typing this review sick coz I catched flu from hours I had spent outside the garage waiting on the bus.I had missed my classes at University coz of this unreliable and selfish bus, wasted my money evens!!! I would greatly appreciate it if this bus would be taken out from operating and being booked.And make people aware of this craziness and uncaring bus of APM

Apmwc the bus of 19h05 arrived at 23h45 no update or apologies.

The bus has no heater/aircon. Feet were freezing throughout the Journey. Seats r too small

Terrible experience. The bus arrived very late, staff were not friendly as well. While on the way, the bus ran out of petrol

Very poor bus arrived late. The bus window was not closing and it was raining inside the bus.

I did enjoy the drivers were very professional and there driving was beyond excellent

The bus had a 15 minutes delay, and that was communicated with us which I really appreciated. The trip was great, our heaters were on which helped with the freezing cold. They can improve with the giving out of luggage. They didn't check the luggage tickets, everyone was just pointing their bags. That doesn't ensure safety.

I was not impressed with the condition of the bus, it was a high risk to travel such a long distance

Firstly the bus arrived late, secondly they’ve been opening the window the whole night.

The bus took 1 hr and 10 min to get to my departure spot….instead of arriving at 23:50 it arrived at 01:05😒bare in mind it was cold.Intercity Express can do better than this🤦🏻‍♀️🚮most people in the bus were complaining about the late arrival of the bus at their departure spots.

i wasn't satisfied with the service because i travelled with the bus that i didn't book

The bus didn’t stop at my pick up point it passed at 23H00 when I have been waiting for the bus since 6pm. The call centre doesn’t go through

I hated every thing about the trip from the over 4 hours of waiting for the bus to having to hop on a bus that was overloaded. Had to stand on my feet for close to 200km before a seat could be available for me.

The bus did not enter at shell where it supposed to load as result I saw it passing the garage

Poor service the was suppose to arrived at19:30 but was late only arraved around 23:00 they dont even let us know no more book this bus

The bus was 3 hours late with no communication and there were no toilets and our stop at Bloemfontein was an hour long

The bud was so cold and the charging points where not working the bud was full and that doesn’t make sense because they should have seats available for all people who booked the bus drivers are body shamers

The bus did not arrived...i tried to call to contact details provided in the bus websiter. The call did not go through.
