My bus from Newark came late and was overloaded so I couldn’t board the bus I had to board a bus from NYC. I had to wait an hour for a bus and then had to wait another 2 hours for the bus to Buffalo. I never received an email saying that the bus would be late. It went from 30 minutes to over 2hrs. We should be refunded or compensated.
Really didn't expect this kind of service from Greyhound. Would want to give the worst feedback.
