My experience was HORRIBLE. My bus arrived an hour and 30 minutes late at my destination. It’s not the 1st that intercape is not on time, this always happens and I give them a benefit of the doubt but always get disappointed
The bus is comfortable. Bad communication from drivers. And too long breaks. Every time they said 10 minutes it was at least 20. And we arrived at our destination 1 hour late
The seats were super comfortable and the aircon was amazing, the drivers and staff were friendly. I'd say the only issue is that the bus for does take very much longer +- 3 hours longer to get to your destination than stated when purchasing your tickets.
