Greyhound Atlanta Greenville recent customer reviews
Another passenger was given my baggage by the driver to another person. I called the main number at greyhound that redirected me to a department that didn’t answer after 30 rings. I finally hung up. The passenger that took my luggage in error phoned me using the luggage tag phone number. They also called Greyhounf and Greyhound wasn’t helpful at all. I now have to drive 2 hours out of my way to get my bag. Comment: drivers should not let passengers help themselves to luggage. Bag tags should be matched with claim tags and the released. Horrible horrible experience
Can not believe the smell of the bus to begin with... bus was not clean. Folks performing sexual acts on the bus. Bus stations not clean employees not wanting to do their jobs. Will never take the greyhound again
Two French travelers satisfied: it was the first time we got on a Greyhound bus. Congratulations ! - Departure : on time, and - arrival : on time. A note however: repair blower air conditioning so we can adjust at ease. Thank you !
