The staff today was very rude, she kept shouting on me when I asked her a question.
I lost a Bag in Transit. I can’t seem to find someone to talk to about it. I been calling and no one is answering to my Questions! How do I get my Bag back?
I was crammed into a seat. Up front. My cellphone charger fell out of my bag onto the floor. I couldn't reach it. When we arrived to Austin, I forgot about it. A $70 loss, all told, with all the Lyft fees to & from the store to replace it. My fault, but the crammed/jammed nature of seating is very uncomfortable and disorienting. Also, there were complaints from passengers in the rear that it was hot; no ventilation. Luckily, only a 3.5 hour drive. Our driver was excellent, though.
According to 12 reviews, Turimex Internacional received a 2.8-star rating for this journey. Travelers were especially satisfied with the staff and the timeliness, but some complained about the wifi. Turimex Internacional ticket prices on this trip start at $55.00

I wasn’t able to connect my wi-fi and the person behind was mad cause I reclined my sit. I had to go all the way straight back. The trip was safe and fast that was the good fact.
The bus showed up 15 minutes late. The engine just shut off at a red light and the driver had to rev the engine for 5 minutes to get it started again while cars were honking at us. There were crumbs and trash all over all the seats. It smelled bad.
A very comfortable journey and we reached with just 20 min delay in spite of the snowstorm. Saw snow on both sides of the road but the drive was very safe on the roads. The driver was very cordial and friendly.
Based on 415 reviews, the company was rated 3.9 stars on Busbud. Travelers were especially satisfied with the cleanliness and the staff but often complained with the power outlets. Infobus ticket prices on this trip start at $31.00
