I booked my flixBus ticket with the option of wifi internet and paid extra amount just to use internet while my journey. I came straight from airport with no Mobile connection. Fully depend on bus internet not for my work but also to book a Uber cab from bus stand to my home and letting my family members know. I was not expecting this kind of service from flixBus. Really disappointed. I will be sharing this on My Twitter too.
The service itself was great, but the instructions on finding the stop at Pearson was terrible. The. Worst. Took us 45 minutes to find it.
My power outlet did not work, and there was no obvious sign for the wifi password or how to access it. I think my bus driver got lost. He initially missed the exit on the highway, and then took a really round about way to get to my stop.

The bus was over an hour late, with no notifications of what was happening. It was also dirty and smelly.
Clean bus, friendly staff, bus arrived on time. One complaint: the app said the bus would be at a different location than what the actual ticket said (the apps location was incorrect). This wasn't a major issue because I double checked, and the two locations were about 100ft from each other.
Bus was delayed by 40 minutes, no notification was provided. Customer service number was not available either

Bus did not show up. Or did not park where shown in the ticket. Had to book another bus casing a further two hours delay.
My bus got delayed for over an hour and upon trying to contact support for clarification, no one answered the chat box after 1 hour of waiting and no email correspondence, nor a phone line. Bus was not parked where it was supposed to and logo was not on the bus either.
Very poor. The first bus I took to Toronto came not only late, it skipped over the designated pickup location. It later came back on the other side of the road. The bus that I booked for going back to London actually got canceled for "unforseen" reason. So I had to book a different bus. I am very disappointed with Book a Ride.
