Bad, horrible. Bus an hour late and no email notification. Reached out to customer services, no help. Very very horrible experience
Overall very good. Bus was on time and we arrived to Pearson ahead of schedule. Only complaint was the seats - we were in the very last row despite the bus being less than half full. The last row is noisy and bumpy and we seniors prefer a smoother ride.
