Greyhound Pittsburgh Washington recent customer reviews
It was cancelled right at the last minute. So it was a very very dissatisfied experience. Nobody came and told the passengers it was cancelled. We all got notified either with an email or when someone called to ask about the delayed bus. Terrible awful service
The driver signed to the bus has never run this route previously. He didn’t know how to get in and out all the stops. Worst of all he didn’t know how to get to the Washington DC Union Station, and into the bus lot. We won’t be able to get there safely without the help of two customers who literally guided the bus driver from street to street from Baltimore to final station.
First the Greyhound station has improved tremendously from when I used the Pittsburgh Station many, many years ago. It is very nice, bathrooms so clean and modern. It would help to also have the electronic signs by each gate showing bus destination and time.
